Saw a cockroach running on the floor. The bathroom doorknob fell off. But the ladies were fast in reassigning us another room far from the noisy street.

Everything has a fee. There is a corkage fee, you need additional charge for a door-to-door food service. Not recommended for long stay

Not well maintained hotel.
The initial room had a lock that could only be forced open. We stayed there the first night and even after many calls and request they did not fix the lock. We also complained the soap and shampoo container were both empty. We were given a small bar of soap. The bathroom door won't lock. They finally transferred us to another room after the first night. The next room had a faulty bathroom door but this time could be locked. There were other inconveniences which we did not complain about anymore because anyway it was our last night.

You get what you pay for.
Ok hotel close to everything. Terrible check in. Not so clean. Vehicles can be heard from the outside. You get use to everything after the 2nd night. OK overall.
Woke up 3 AM. And you can smell smoke. 4th Floor is on fire due to trip wire, they say. Had to rush out and came back in the afternoon. Smell cleared.

Wifi inside the room has very weak signal. I missed my important messages and emails.
The aircon is old, noisy and cant be adjusted to lower temperature, it is fixed to high temperature.
Using cups, saucer, teaspoon are for fee. Drinking glass is not available.
Front desk staff are not well trained on addressing valid complaints.

Room was spacious. Ok for the Budget
the room, price & location was perfect.
What ruined it for us was slow checkin (receptionist was confused with our "late checkin), wifi not working in room and the toilet at our room had some issues (was resolved) but will stay again
