Liked this hostel a lot
Loved my stay here! Room was clean and the location was great. I would say the only negative is that sound carries easily in the space as its pretty open, but most people were pretty considerate and it didn't affect us too much. Location is great, I liked staying this this neighborhood. Breakfast is simple but delicious, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hostel in safe neighborhood. Staff is really friendly. Breakfast is included is not a lot but good enough to start the day. Lots of restaurants and snacks on the streets are found around the hostel. Laundry service is around the corner of the hostel. And multiple supermarkets around to by drinks of food. Cooking yourself is not possible because there is no kitchen. Everything is brand new. So the beds are very comfy and clean. The only thing is the noice if people talk till late down stairs you will here it in your room. I loved my stay and will gladly go back.

The place to stay in Bogota
I could not of had a better start to my travels that to stay at the Chapinero Hills Hostel! The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and nicely done with reliable wifi. The 24 hour security is a plus as is the organisation of transfer to and from the hostel on arival and departure. The breakfast was a different traditional dish each day and delicious. It is well located in the lovely Chapinero only 15 mins to downtown by bus which is one block away from the hostel. There are plenty of food and bar options nearby. But what made the stay outstanding was the staff - they were always happy to assist, they would go above and beyond to help me as a solo traveller with little spanish it was nice to know they were there if I needed them. I sincerely thank them for making my time in bogota the experience it was.

Vanessa, Daniel y Alex geniales, amables y atentos a todo lo que se les pueda preguntar y/o solicitar, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, lugar limpio e impecable siempre, zona muy segura, está cerrado siempre y solo te abren si estás hospedado ahí...!!!, se puede hacer uso de cocina libremente en refri y microondas, áreas comunes limpias, cuartos limpios, te dan sabana y cobija..., me agrado mucho la estancia, el lugar es excelente...!!!, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Moderno porém pouco acolhedor
O Hostel é bem moderno e está em uma área boa, mas os quartos e os banheiros são minúsculos, e não deixaram com que eu trocasse as toalhas (me hospedei por 13 dias) e também não limpam os quartos diariamente (limparam só 1 vez nesses 13 dias) A cerveja e água são caras e me cobraram $10500 por pedir ovos no café da manhã (Ps: o valor não estava descrito no cardápio, obviamente contestei, mas não teve conversa). Creio que o Hostel seja ótimo para passar poucos dias, porque é moderno e não é muito acolhedor, é uma relação mais comercial com o hóspede mesmo.

A localização é muito boa. Perto de restaurantes, bares, shopping, farmácias... Eu havia esquecido meu tênis no hostel. Mandei uma mensagem informando que quando eu retornasse de uma cidade da Colômbia passaria para pegar e se eles poderiam guardar. Quando retornei meu tênis estava guardado em uma sacola com meu nome . Parabéns para a cordialidade da equipe!
