6/10 Good

Clean hotel, basic amenities on good location
Clean, ok hotel. A bit basic amenities, small rooms and not so great breakfast. The neighbourhood is great, a lot of small restaurants and food stores. Close to the subway station, but note that it is the smaller one of the two subways in Tokyo.
Zan, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great block and close to station
Jeffrey, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Jeanette, 3-night trip

Clean and lots of dining in the neighborhood. Highly recommended 💯 near train station
Shella, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great base to visit Tokyo
5 minute walk to a very convenient subway station. Super quiet inside. Firm yet comfortable beds. The rooms are very small, but that seems standard for Tokyo. Great place for first time travelers to Japan since the neighborhood is more calm/easy to navigate compared to crowded areas.
Anna, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Employees at the breakfast Room should be more friendly & smiley.

Herson, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Love the place, tiny but have all we needed. would recommend to my friends. lot of convenience stores, grocery and places to eat just on the street and so close to the bus station.
Anna, 6-night trip

6/10 Good

Typical of most hotels in the heart of Tokyo, rooms at the Pearl are extremely small by western standards. For a single bedroom, you will have a bed, tiny desk and tiny walkway where you would not have room to open up a large suitcase on the floor. Location is very good, just two stops from Shinjuku. If all you need is a place to sleep, then the Pearl could be for you, but if you are looking for a room to relax in, then I would not recommend such a tiny room.
Michael, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

I recommend this hotel
Nice hotel with most helpfull staff. Located near metro and lots of convenience-stores. The beds are too small, but overall a good stay.
Eva, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Many amenities nearby. Decent room size for a family of 4 consisting of 2 kids. We booked the family room.
jiaming, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from Akebonobashi station. Check in at 3pm, not before. Rooms were clean and of a good size for Japan. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Tanya, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location about a mile away from the popular Shinjuku area. Akebonobashi station is up the block. Great staff, tons of food places nearby. This is a good location if you want to be close to the party area but in a calm part of Shinjuku.

10/10 Exceptional

It is nice, especially the movie and TV feature.
