The communication with the owners were terrible. My family and I stood outside the unit for about 3 hours trying to contact the company, they would not answer the calls.. we had to literally blow their phone up and finally received a text saying cant talk right now. I then explained the fact that I didnt have a door code to get in. After checking my booking, they claimed to have contacted me to inform me they had to move me to a different location which was about 30 minutes further from Disney Parks I NEVER spoke to them prior to my arrival. I was never given an apology or discount. My family of 21 was stranded at night for 3 hours because of this.
