"We stayed several nights at this hotel. It met all three of my criteria, clean, quiet, and safe. It's an easy walk to downtown venues/restaurants/bars, especially if you're a regular walker like I am. There's a lot of homeless people in the downtown area of Austin, and a couple of people living in the empty lot across the street from the hotel, but they were always cordial as I walked past them to 6th Street or Congress Ave.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean & spacious, and the breakfast was great! "
"The young man that checked me in was absolutely amazing! Great customer service, was welcoming considering I was tired after a long day of traveling and provided great hospitality! I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was GREAT! "
