Radisson Blu Hotel Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Last minute booking at 0530 when I realised I hadn’t booked any accomm in Bristol! Great value at £116 room only and just £11 more than the premier inn which ordinarily in London we would use. Fabulous location near the harbour and bars plus a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop (15 euros per head return used within a 4 week period I believe). Great soundproofed rooms, spacious and comfortable. The view from the 15 th floor was amazing and we were kindly given this when the blonde lady on reception realised it was a special visit for our wedding anniversary. We definitely will use the hotel again and this was because of our stay. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a lido swim and dine booking but will try it next time. "
"This is a lovely hotel, very well appointed with generally very helpful staff and lovely rooms and a magnificent building. The only issue we had was with the service at breakfast (no problems with service at dinner at all). We were left standing waiting to be seated for some time as the queue was not really visible to the main dining area and no-one was seemingly assigned to the desk. In addition the tea and coffee orders were very slow to come (this on more than one occasion) so much so we had virtually finished eating before they arrived. The food was very good. We would have rather had to serve ourselves tea and coffee than wait so long for the service. However, this was a minor point to us in our stay overall which we really enjoyed."
"Beds and linens to for for. Great shower. Clean quiet modern room. Excellent housekeeping. The only downsides: the "chiller" refrigerator didn't work, and the room has only one small hanging closet for clothes."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Apex hotel in Bath.
From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were amazingly attentive and friendly.
The hotel is in a superb position, in the centre of town, walking distance to everything in Bath.
The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable.
Our room, a superior double, could not be faulted. Great shower & bathroom and one of the largest, most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!
Breakfast was a buffet style(Hot & cold options), or you could order specialist egg meals from a menu. Lots of choice and all very tasty.
The restaurant has a nice buzz in the mornings without feeling crowded.
The bar area is a great place to de-stress after walking around Baths many attractions. They do some lovely cocktails and have some great wines to offer as well.
The basement leisure spa is a fantastic asset for the hotel.
We virtually had it to ourselves in the afternoons where we enjoyed the pool, sauna & steam rooms.
The massage jets in the pool zone are fantastic for stiff or aching necks, backs and legs!!!
We would not hesitate to stay here again and can'twait to return to the beautiful city of Bath

"I've stayed at the hotel before and pleased with everything so decided, as I was back for a family gettogether, to stay at the hotel again. Handy for train and airport bus. The room, both times, both times comfortable and clean. I would have liked to have had a safe in the room to store passport and other things. My son and his wife stayed at the hotel with me on our previous visit to Bristol and were very satisfied with everything."
"It was an easy walking distance from the train station. Exit the station from the east side. It was a lovely walk along the river that takes you to the city and harbour area. More pubs and restaurants in harbour area. "
