"The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi"
"We have had a most wonderful stay at Royal Palace Hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter. Even before we arrived Jennie was exceptionally helpful at organising our tour to Sapa, and answering any questions we had. When we arrived, Jimmi and his team were very helpful, kind and approachable. They on many occasions went the extra mile, organising a cake for my partners birthday, car ride from the train station to Sapa, keeping our luggage with them while we went to Sapa and always providing recommendations and information about local events and sights. The room was wonderful and well-supplied, the hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter but the service really was the cherry on top !

"Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is exceptional value for money. Right in the heart of the old quarter downtown Hanoi. The Hotel is in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous Beer Street. The Staff here were amazing, they kept in contact with us from the onset of our booking, to our arrival in Hanoi.
We were met at the Airport by a Taxi and taken directly to the Royal Premium. Special thanks to Anna and Đa on the front desk. Both spoke English and went out of their way to make our stay here enjoyable, giving advice on the restaurants we should visit,and attractions to see. The Royal Premium also has their own in-house Tourist booking office. We took advantage of the 5 Star 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. Amazing with a private Limo transfer. So sad to be leaving Hanoi and will definitely miss the hospitality of the Royal Premium .
