The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet. No regrets here and we’d gladly stay again. "
"The location is good, near to the lake and also many good locals food. We’ve booked the family room on the 8th floor and have a little balcony for some sunlight and the room also so spacious, it fits perfectly the 5 of us. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

"We loved staying here. This was the start of our 2 week trip in Vietnam and we enjoyed this hotel so much that we changed our last night's accommodation so that we would return here before going home. The airport pick up was really good, and the communication super quick and efficient. The staff were sooooo nice. We also used the spa, which was excellent and the rooftop bar, which was beautiful. The location is perfect for the old quarter and the lake"
