"There was a drip coming under the bathroom sink that seemed pretty minor but by morning it had soaked all new folded towels on the shelf under the sink and flooded onto the bathroom floor. I went to tell the front desk because there's no phone number to call on the non working phone on the hotel room but the line was 75 people deep due to a national dance competition in town. However, later in the morning we ran into our sweet housekeeper that had seen the issue and she let us know that she contacted the engineer dept. The following day the drip leak was gone. Unfortunately, two days later it was back again. I think maybe you need to really fix the pipe in the bathroom or room #4006.
Everything else we experienced was wonderful! We loved this hotel. It was Soo convenient to musicals and restaurants and tourist activities. We will definitely book here again in the future."
