Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait.
