This place is an awesome little find! Loads of parking, immaculate rooms, showers have incredible pressure and there’s even a little common area with a gas BBQ. The owner Sam is a super friendly guy who is lovely to chat to. We will definitely stay again. Bargain!

Could do with a bedside table on BOTH sides of bed, I had to put glasses & watch on the FLOOR, Wifi also far to weak, connected to but couldn't even get emails, also what's the point of supplying a toaster, but no knife & only saucers as a plate? Will not be staying again!

The rooms are run down, dusty and stains on the bedding. The reception wasnt manned and breakfast wasnt offered as advertised. The pool was only just cleaned so full of chemical and the chairs around the pool were filthy. There is no disignated smoking area. So there are ashtrays outside everyroom so the smell of cigarettes comes into your room. My kids were playing in the pool at 6pm are were screamed at by a resident to shut up. Pool closes at 8pm
