First night, after checking into room it smelled horrible. Sewer smell that lingered into the hallway that our neighbors could smell. We had maintenance come and replace the air filter and check if there was a back up in the shower or sink. They assured there wasn’t, but 20 minutes later when attempting to shower the entire bathtub filled and would not drain. We had requested a new room, and the new rooms toilet would not flush a single piece of toilet paper. Had to walk to the lobby to use the bathroom. Every outlet was loose and didn’t work, the ac/heater was beyond complicated to work and staff couldn’t help make it work.

Staff very friendly. Sushi restaurant excellent! Breakfast servers were prompt and attentive at the bistro. We loved: the theming, the shuttle service, Princess Corrine visit at breakfast, and ducks in the garden! Areas for improvement: holes in the ceilings, inability to control room temperature, dirty/clogged shower head, no toilet paper refills nor trash emptied in our room until we requested it. Also, several other guests on the shuttle mentioned they changed rooms due to roaches.

Great shuttle and staff, rooms were not the best.
I have to say the staff was amazing and but the hotel did have some issues. There was some visible water damage in the restrooms. The ac was too noisy and had some trouble sleeping because of it. Also the faucets needed repair. Not a place I would stay to enjoy the hotel but for us, we spent most of our time at Disneyland. The staff was great and the shuttle service was awesome, very convenient and reliable. They did have some restaurants in the hotel but we didn't eat at any of them. 3/5 stars personally.
