The hotel is impressive but we found it fell a little short for one of its standing. We were charged for our service dog. I had all her papers with me. And we paid for our "complementary" breakfast. Twenty dollars per person was steep for what we got--no more than about any hotel serving hot breakfast. We tried to get a menu for the restaurant on site and were told they didn't have them for the rooms, just the restaurant. But it was quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. I might stay there again in the future, but I'd look for other options first.

My third or fourth stay at this property. The sink was clogged and had to call to have it fixed. Then, the tub will not drain properly and 4 to 5 inches of water will collect in the bottom while taking a shower. It took to requests to have it repaired. Room layout was not as good as previous stays.

Angel was an Angel!
I was greeted by Angel when I checked in. She was friendly, patient and helpful. It was a pleasure to begin my stay at your hotel with Angel taking such good care of me. Upon check out, it was a different and noticeable experience. Nothing special… it was raining when I left and I asked if there was an umbrella I could borrow to get out to my car. The girl checked a drawer and said there was no umbrella. She did not smile once. Did not offer to get me a magazine or a towel to cover my head… nothing. I walked into the restaurant area and found (on my own) some kid menues and took one to over my head to get to my car. Big difference in customer service. Huge kudos to Angel!!!
