This was different...
Something must of happened before i arrived. 2nd floor smelled of weed or some other really strong odor. 3rd floor room had broken items in it and smelled. Was moved to another 3rd floor room later on and it smelled ok. Elevator didnt work, i have a back issue so that aggravated my situation having to carry everything upstairs. Bed was nice but the shower is small and the placements in it were in the way. No hand soap so you need to bring your own, they have liquid soap in the shower but if you are short you won't be able to reach out because it's over 5 feet from the ground. Parking lot was nice and walmart is across the street that was helpful.

Elevator Out of Order, Room with no Room #
I didn't like that the elevator was out of order but glad I wasn’t higher than the 3rd floor. My room was the only room on the 3rd floor that didn’t have a room number on it...that really bothered me. The remote control didn’t work when we first got to the room. I walked down to the front desk to get them to replace the batteries...that was the problem. The LAN phone receiver cord kept coming out when trying to call the front desk. The base boards in the bathroom were really dusty and there was mildew at the bottom of the outside of the shower curtain. I asked for a different room but was told that no other rooms were available. The employees were okay. Breakfast was okay. Location was fine. Parking was fine. Just didn’t expect to encounter issues upon arrival that really bothered me.

Not a good experience
I checked in and the front desk told the man in front of me the elevator was out, and then told me it worked. It did work when we went up, but at 1 am the fire alarm started going off, multiple times, because the elevator was malfunctioning. It was still down the next morning. So we had a bad nights sleep. Ice machines are out of order. Breakfast looked pathetic. Milk dispenser out of order. Stained floors. Lobby smelled like cigarettes. Just yuck and ick. Fix the stuff that's broken already.

Don't stay......
I have never stayed at a Hampton that was this awful. Spiderwebs, hair, toothpaste on the front of the cabinet , something hanging on the wall, holes in the wall, elevators not working, I could go on! We will not stay at another Hampton !!!

Very disappointed
This was my worst experience at a Hampton Inn. I am a Hilton member and love staying at Hilton properties. The room smelled like a “wet dog”, the hotel was dated with worn carpeting in the room, toiletry shelf coming off the wall, no shampoo on the wall container, paint on the walls were chipped and poor repair, ice machines out of order, one elevator not working, no coffee at the morning breakfast (asked for them to fill the unit), and water coming out of the orange juice machine. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I was over charged for this hotel and not my Hampton Inn expectations.

Spend you money somewhere else.
This hotel was built around 1989 and hasn't been updated since. Carpet was ripped and filthy throughout the property. There was chipped paint and torn wallpaper in both rooms we were assigned. The door safety latch in our room was not only missing it appeared as though it had been ripped out of the door violently. The breakfast wasn't bad.

It was okay.
The hotel itself is just older and more run-down than other places we’re use to staying. The hallways had an unpleasant smell and carpet is in need of replacement. There was very little furniture which was all in fair condition, but the heating/air unit rattled quite a bit all night. Everything was as clean as it could be and the staff was friendly and helpful, but we would not stay there again.

Stay elsewhere, way below standard.
This hotel is shabby. I usually stay at Hampton Inns because they have a standard of comfort, cleanliness, and overall appeal. My experience was at this was awful. Chipped paint. Tattered and dirty carpet. Smelly hallways. Dents on most of the room doors. I thought I was in comfort Inn not the Hampton. Inn. The toilet in the bathroom made a wretched noice when I flushed it. I didn’t even think about using the gym because I didn’t want to face the dreary hall again. I just tried to sleep and I left that hotel as early as I could in the morning. Even the breakfast area was tiny and lackluster. Never again.

Was told because I booked through hotels.com I didn’t get the room I reserved which was 2 queen beds. Instead we got a king and love seat that pulled out into a bed that we had to make up and there were no pillows for it. The room was not clean and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a very long time. Bathroom floor was dirty.

Avoid this dated and dirty hotel
This Hampton Inn is disgusting. The entire building is dated. The carpets feel/look dirty, the rooms are musty, holes in the walls, mold growing near the air conditioning unit, hair all over the bathroom ceiling, FILTHY furniture, a room with no dead-bolt, and worst of all, bed bugs. This Hampton Inn DOES NOT live up the the Hilton standards. I will never stay here again. The front desk was helpful, they offered me 10,000 points (which they said is equivalent to a 1/2 night free stay), but sorry, I want my money back. They would not refund me. Avoid this hotel.
