Great for Hospital Needs
Nice place in a safe neighborhood. Very close to the hospital. The only problem was the shower was not working properly and the front desk was not very helpful. The lady that was there at breakfast every morning was a treat though!

I had an early flight into Houston for late afternoon appointments at MD Anderson. I had a reservation and Six hours to kill but they wouldn’t let me check in early. I’m not feeling well and could have really used a rest but had to sit in the lobby until my appointments. She was pretty short and unfriendly.

Don’t stay here
Lobby smelled like sewer. First floor was being renovated. Mold on curtains. 3 liter half filled coke in refrigerator. Frozen cream in freezer. Some bits of paper on the floor in the room. Toilet would not flush properly. No maid service. No dishes or silverware in room. Have to go to front desk if you want anything. Pay more. I would not recommend. Absolutely gross. Hotel should have stated it was being renovated when I was reserving. Lots of dust in the air. But, the smell of sewer was awful.

Smelled like sewage when you walked in. The lamp next to the sofa didnt work, the light in the bathroom would work sometimes so we had to leave it on, there was no plug for the tub to take a bath. General Manager is refunding me a night aince no one saw about our concerns even though they were reported while maintenance was on staff.

Key cards barely worked, breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal in a cup but no spoons, or a granola bar and coffee, nothing in a way of cookware to use on the very outdated 2 burners, toilet had to adjust plunger every time it was used. Very nice facility, clean, the staff was very helpful but had roaches. The first room I saw several around the air conditioning unit. I went to the front desk, got my room changed to a very nice suite and saw a few roaches in the bathroom and some kind of bug in the bed. I have the pictures. Needless to say, I didn't get in the bed. I ended up leaving shortly after.

We got there late around 8pm and there was a lot of people / homeless hanging out by the front area. We checked in and our room was filthy. The bathroom sink light was not working. The chairs was dirty and the floor was dirty as well. Overall stay was not good obviously but more on we felt unsafe. Never again to this place
