We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them. Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle and relaxing for a few hours. This hotel really provides for its guests and hope to return.

We’ve rated our stay lower than most because we had just come from an outstanding adults-only resort where service was personal, calm, and genuinely caring — every guest was known by name. In comparison, this property felt chaotic and impersonal. This was like a gated retreat where upon arriving here felt like we lost our sense of freedom and peace. The coffee was disappointing, and several advertised amenities weren’t available during our stay. We also requested a transfer to the supermarket but were forgotten and ended up booking our own Grab. On a positive note, the spa staff and room stylist team were excellent — they were professional, kind, and attentive, and truly lifted the experience. Overall, if it’s your first time in Bali, this place might impress. But for returning travellers or those accustomed to a more polished, service-led experience, and culture it may fall short of expectations

Beautiful resort - felt brand new, very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious, well stocked with water and toiletries, comfortable beds and especially quiet! The restaurant served delicious food. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP guest Plenty of pools and seats by the pool and day beds to relax on The pool staff are great and always happy to oblige with a drink or towel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in my travels in Asia. The chefs are to be congratulated on the quality and variety of food options each day. The juice bar is excellent. Large spacious rooms and large TV No Netflix or chrome cast Free water in room and no issue asking for extra bottles. Beach shuttle The Chinese restaurant onsite was open for breakfast also which we utilised a few days It’s about 5 mins drive to the beach We will definitely come back here again Late checkout requested and received thankyou x

Mostly good

The hotel its very nice. Staff very very good, they would do anything to make your staying pleasant. In the restaurant they charge tax 11% and service 10%. Thats ok but i didn't like that also they ask if you want to tip. Service = tip just to be clear. I understand the salaries are small for the waitresses but the hotel are charging the prices like in Europe and for sure they can offer similar salaries to the employee instead to ask the clients to pay for it. Just my opinion.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt für einen Pool/Strandurlaub. 1. Zimmer/Anlage Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Man hat eine Klimaanlage die man selbst steuern und einstellen kann. Das "Badezimmer" wird mit einem Vorhang vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Die Toilette und Dusche sind allerdings jeweils verglast. Es wird kostenlos 4 Flaschen trinkwasser pro Tag bereitgestellt. Auf der Anlage gibt es keinen Geldautomaten. 2. Service Hotel Der Hotelservice war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an den Pools waren auf den liegen immer frische Handtücher. 3. Restaurants Es existieren 4 Restaurants direkt am Hotelkomplex. Alle 4 sind sehr modern/schick eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kommen aber meiner Meinung nach nicht über ein "gut" hinaus. Was positiv hervozuheben ist, ist das Frühstück. Das bietet eine gigantische Auswahl. Leckeres Brot, selbstgemachte Marmerlade, frische Pancakes/Waffeln/Omlette, Asiatisches. Alles was man will. Die Frühstücksterasse ist mit dem Wasserfall und den Palmen auch wirklich sehenswert. 4. Pools Es gibt hier 4 wunderschöne Pools und wirklich jede menge Liegemöglichkeiten. 3 Normale und 1 Kinderbecken. Das Einzige was hier noch potential zu Verbesserung hätte wäre die Aufteilung ... es wäre wirklich super wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene geben könnte. An dem dann einfach etwas Ruhe ist. 5. Umgebung Der Shuttle ist super und pendetl zwischen der Bali Collection (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten)

Lovely hotel, big and spacious. Excellent breakfast, great gym, walking distance to town (or you can ask the staff to take you in a golf buggy). Free shuttle to the beach with great beach beds. Much better that the noisy Courtyard in my opinion.
