We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.

I had a great stay at this property, it was very quiet. The front desk people were not that helpful with questions, the restaurant servers NOT friendly or helpful at all. The breakfast was just cold. The hotel is about 10 min walking from the the Main Street in the old town and 15-20 min straight walk to train station.

Lovely spacious room. Could use a teakettle though. Beautiful view from our window. Very good location. We could walk into the historical part of the city in 5-10 minutes. The local bus stop was a matter of a one minute walk away from the hotel doors as well. The breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the only negative comment I could make is that the breakfast staff seemed neither relaxed nor happy, though they were polite. I’m not sure of the reason for this but it might be something that the hotel should explore.

I was appalled at the treatment of the front staff. Those that appeared to be upper management were extremely rude. There was a young girl by the name of Sophia and a night receptionist (male) that were kind and went over and above! The ladies working in the cafeteria and the maids were extremely kind too. In fact, I would go to them for assistance in order to avoid the front desk.

We really liked our one night here. The location is close enough to easily walk to the city center but far enough away for it to be quiet when the city is bustling at night. We had a room with a terrace view of the city and enjoyed the couple hours we were able to sit out there. It's also conveniently located near the train station, only about five minutes by taxi to get there.
