The worst night ever.
The lobby and as you walk in smell great, giving you a great feeling. When we walked into the room it smelled like Mold, my daughter could not sleep all night. The bed sheets were stained and the tub looked like it just went through a hurricane (awful). We asked for another room and the front desk said we sold out of the hotels.com rooms and she would call a manger. The manager never answered so we said please give us new clean sheets and we will do the job for them, it' late and we need to wake up at 3 am to catch a flight. Other people in the hotel were in the front desk shortly after we complained to request clean pillow sheets and bed sheets. The mini fridge had human hair and dirt as if it was never cleaned.
