Incredibly good hotel for dog owners! Dogs stay for free! Super friendly staff. The hotel is very cool and very clean. Nice rooftop area. Parking was also free. We travel a lot and have seen a lot of hotels; I would give the Hoxton 11+/10 if it were possible.

Looks can be deceiving
Appearances can be deceptive, and unfortunately, this hotel is a case in point. While the décor and ambiance are pleasing, the majority of the staff could benefit from improved customer service training. Furthermore, my booking process did not mention the unexpectedly high deposit required before room access, despite me be paying in advance. The location is convenient, with excellent transport links and a good shopping mall nearby.

Very nice hotel, good location, close to the shopping mall. Close to the tram and metro. We went in November and still just about warm enough to use the pool (if from the UK). Was well lit and safe. Room was nice and the showers were amazing. You had to request room service to make up the room if you wanted new towel or the bed made but overall very nice.

The hotel is lovely, well designed with a great rooftop and restaurants. The rooms are pretty spacious and the staff are great. They have a WhatsApp guest service which is really easy to use. Free bike rental is also really good to get out and see the city. The hotel is about a half hour walk out of the centre of Barcelona but there is a tram and metro service nearby if you don’t want to walk.

Disappointed stay.
We had a few issues with this hotel, the reception staff could not give us any information about the surrounding area what to see or if public transport. One of the bar staff were rude to us so after I asked for a certain drink then tried "in our view" to overcharge us.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Hoxton, lovely neighbourhood and the decor of the hotel was beautiful. You do need to pay for using the sunbeds but felt it was worth it given service and food / cocktails up there.
