Very disappointed
We ordered a room of 4 with 2 queen bads, but, it felt like twin. The room was dirty resulting our feet become black. The ac made a lot of noise and there was a rambeling in the vents. When we got to the staff and asked for a selution we were suggested to change a room which was as clean as ours. There was one guy that helped us and even cleaned the room to make sure we are good (holefully the cleaners can learn from Carlos and maybe the rest of the staff to make much better experience). The breakfest was very pure, definetally not suitable for 25 USD. To sum up, it might seem like this review is based on golden standarts. However this standarts were set by the Hilton hotels net world wide. Not a typical Hilton hotel.

Really enjoyed staying here 3 nights over 10 days - the pool is awesome and the staff go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible - Karen especially was the best front of house staff member we’ve ever experienced at at Hilton. Absolutely recommend staying her for both the convenience and cool pool and lovely staff.
