Pathetic and very rude customer service!
We had issues with our room, and I get they were sold out, so we couldnt move. Fine. But the way the manager handled it was completely unacceptable. She kept saying I need to go through hotels.com to request a room change. Doesnt work that way. Once checked in, we are the hotel's responsibility, not yours. We never had this problem before and always booked through hotels.com.
Whenever we had room issues, the hotel would take care of it. In fact, when I insisted that they are responsible the manager literally said "you are stuck there..this conversation is over" and abruptly hung uo the phone.
You do not do that as a manager.
I will NOT recommend this hotel to ANYBODY!!
