Good choice for our Sevilla stay
This hotel felt welcoming, was in a good location, and was clean and had everything we needed. The only tricky part is actually finding it. It is not directly accessible except by foot, and when you are first arriving it’s hard to find if you don’t know the area.

The apartment is in a quiet street in the center of many major tourist attractions within a walking distance. He room was clean. The bed has a spring mattress so it is somewhat uncomfortable. The windows to our apartment were facing a courtyard which I m sure it is normally quiet BUT during our stay in April 2024, there was a construction happening that was starting at 7am every day and lasts the entire day. For thost who like to sleep in and have siesta, it may be annoying. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing. I have no cons about this place just an overall amazing experience in Seville! Staff was so nice and helpful! Everything was super clean! The only bad thing if I had to nit-pick one thing is the the bed is two twins put together. But that was not even a problem since we felt so happy staying here. Can't wait to come back with my kids! Perfect Location!

Best location and apartment great for what we needed. Looked a little tired but clean and having a small kitchen was lovely so we could stop at the mini market to get supplies.Reception helpful for anything we needed. Had some noise due to inconsiderate people banging doors and allowing children to be noisy in the hallway late at night.

This is a comfortable, well-run hotel in the Barrio Santa Cruz, close to the Giralda and not far from the Alcazar. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. We had an apartment on the ground floor-- a little noisy, but this is to be expected given the convenient location. It had a small, useful kitchen, and a living room, in addition to a comfortable bedroom with a safe big enough to put computers in. Outside it was a quiet courtyard that guests can use, and what looked to be free bikes, which we were tempted to try but didn't. Solid breakfast for 10 euro a day.

The good: The location of this property is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor at the back of the building, which was quiet and away from the street. The windows are equipped with blinds, which is a nice for good night sleep . The staff are also very friendly, and there is a 24/7 front desk at the associated hotel just a few steps away. Additionally, the daily room cleaning service is a welcome and uncommon feature for self-catering accommodation. To be improved: However, the cookware is somewhat limited. The knives are very blunt, making it difficult to cut even fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, there is a lack of a decent-sized frying pan, which was frustrating enough that we ended up buying one ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Good value for your money
The rooms were comfortable and the mini-kitchen was very handy. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I only have two negative comments: the pillows all need to be replaced, and it would be helpful to have secure internet, as many Apple products do not like to connect to internet that is not secured.
