Some staff were rude, need customer service traini
Nice clean hotel. We checked in on Thursday. Staff was great. Bartender Lokesh and front desk Manpreet during weekend were rude and need proper supervision and training to deal with hotel guests. They put a damper to a ln otherwise excellent stay there. The hotel was in such a great location and breakfast was excellent!

I expected better service.
Not so good, I expected better experience. The breakfast is very basic, and does not taste good. They closed early without notice. They don't even provide a single bottle of water in the room, and seem to be saving some budget in toilet paper. I will consider other options in my next trip to Sacramento.

Newer hotel, not up to Hyatt standards
I understand the hotel is only a year old, and they still haven’t thoroughly cleaned the bathroom floors from construction detritus. Beds are very comfortable though. Breakfast is horrible with dry scrambled eggs, probably from a powder mix, fake bacon, bad potato cubes. Only good thing was oatmeal, but not great. Fellow who checked me in was clearly sick so i kept my distance. Had to ask for change of room to my original request. Phone in room did not work. Hotel is quiet.
