Used to be excellent
I have really enjoyed this hotel in the past but maintenance is an issue. I was upgraded (Expedia Platinum member) but the last night I had no hot water at all. I took a cold shower. Even when the hot water worked the day before, it was unstable in terms of pressure and consistency. Unless they take care of obvious maintenance issues, I no longer recommend at this price point, unfortunately.

Quiet but convenient hotel with spacious rooms.
Spacious and comfortable suite with everything we needed. Lovely, good sized pool also. Great staff at reception including Jame who was friendly and professional with dining suggestions etcetera. I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was walking distance to local restaurants and a mall. It was also close to the train as well. The one thing I will mentioned is that, although the room was nice and felt modern, the lack of art on the walls kind of made the room feel sterile. They could definitely use some art work on the walls in the living room and bedroom. Other than that one thing which is just a preference, I had a nice stay.

Great room size. Arrived around 6.00pm. Had to ask for the upgrade, then was told the next level was now fully booked. Asked about the next level. The rooms are not cleaned yet. Please wait, 10 minutes later, sorry, not today, ask again tomorrow. This VIP upgrade just doesn't seem to work!!

The staff were very accommodating. It might be quite a walk to the nearest BTS station, Phrom Phong, especially if it rains or too hot. Otherwise, its fine. The shops and restaurants are just beside the BTS station. I would definitely stay here again.
