Unfortunately the room with a very low level of cleanliness, dirty walls with makeup marks, dirty mirrors, stained towels and almost empty toilet paper, When I call front desk to request a hair dryer, iron w/ board & TP they ask me to come down to the lobby with my ID they will keep it until I returned the iron w/ board, no hair dryer available 😣 an hour later I get back to the lobby and They couldn't find my ID. I stay there until a supervisor shows up after 20 min he finally got a key from another employee to access the drawer and get my license back. Very unprofessional service.

This property needs to be completely refurbished or removed from Expedia. I raised my concerns with Expedia and I would like a refund due to the misleading listing.
