Due upgrade due to membership with hotels.com. not provided. Due 20% of food and drink. Not provided. First room dirty with previous guests socks still there from night before. 2nd room booked didnt have cups washed. Next morning asking for a second cup for table i was met wuth 'you akready have a cup on your table' riddiculous. Only positive was ypung man behind desk wearing glaseses. Cant rember the name

Good location- average rooms.
Location was great - right by Grand Central and City Hall. The rooms were fine, not soundproof, and could definitely do with a paint and clean of the walls and skirting boards. The TV channels were basic, with no streaming options. There was also no fridge in the room. self check in and out is advantageous, however staff should advise to check if the room is ready before charging for bags.
