Sofitel Melbourne is amazing!
Amazing although I wish the front desk had asked if I wanted to eat at restaurant as all was booked when I wanted to go. I did dinner in room instead so that I could enjoy the view. Breakfast was incredible!

We had a lovely stay at Sofitel. Our room was on level 50 with spectacular river views. It was all we could have asked for, very comfortable bed and pillows, and quite spacious. Staff were very helpful, we arrived a little early but our room was ready for us so check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed a drink after dinner on level 35, service was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty to choose from. One small blemish - the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great and it was tricky getting the shower water temperature just right with no mixer. Otherwise 10/10, thank you Sofitel for a great stay.

There is no pool!!! And this might be standard now but there’s a $10 delivery fee for room service. The actual hotel is Lux - big lobby etc and bed comfy. All the minibar items have tags so you can’t drink them and replace with the same item. The staff were lovely and view great. Breakfast delicious too

We have visited this hotel many times over past 10yrs and have always enjoyed our stays and looked forward to returning. Newly refurbished rooms work well and look good. Sadli i was a little unwell and the Front desk staff could not have done more to ensure i was able to see a Dr next morning and followed up with me following day to make sure i was feeling better. Five star service all the way
