lied to in the early hours

we arrived late after a delayed flight we had 2 rooms booked one with another company to find after a protracted argument for over 3 hours and being 3.30am that they had over booked and wanted to send one group to another apartment and they wanted us to pay for the taxi !! They then promised to re fund the booking as a good will gesture but nothing as yet we were also asked to give them a 5 star rating never in a million years would this happen !! also no change of towels or rubbish collection to be honest a complete shambles

地點方便，從BTS Asok走過來約10分鐘，晚上的小巷內有很多正規按摩店與路邊攤，很熱鬧，早上9:00到18:00有接駁車接你到大路，房間很舒適，有廚房跟洗衣機幫了我們大忙～頂樓泳池很美

Joli petit appartement bien placé , avec piscine sur le toit , mais très peu équipé, juste de quoi faire bouillir de l'eau , Ap on mange tt le temps dehors car on est dans le nouveau Bangkok, qui vit tt le temps , Ap grands centres commerciaux MBK etc et métro aérien tt près , c’est le top sa situation géographique !!!! Une serviette de bain par personne et c’est tt mais ils vous le disent de prévoir vos affaires pour la piscine , impossible d’utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bains , impossible de relever le bouchon du siphon , on utilisait celui de la cuisine à côté ! C’est minimaliste mais il y a des produits de douche en gros flacons !!!! Ap il y a des supermarchés tt près pour le PQ , sacs poubelles car pas de rechange si on reste plusieurs jours !!!!! C’est tt petit mais bien placé , dc c’est juste pour y dormir

진짜 너무 좋았어요 저희가 하루하루 다른 숙소에서 숙박을햇는데 여기서만 4박을 하고싶었을 정도로 시설도 좋고 머물기에 좋은곳이였어요 한가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 수영장 청결상태가 조금 안좋긴했지만 못놀정도로 더럽거나 그러진않았어요! 다시 방콕을 놀러간다면 이숙소는 무조건 다시 가는거로 친구랑 약속했어요 아주 좋았습니다!
