Upon arrival we had to ask for a microwave that was thought to be in the room but it was delivered as soon as we told front desk about it. Same with the iron that was not in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived Tuesday and was told there was no hot water but it would be turned on later in the day. It wasn’t on in the evening and it wasn’t on the following day. I had to meet clients so I had no other option than to clean up in the sink with microwave hot water.

It was under construction, no breakfast and the area not the best, homeless and smell of weed. Since it was under construction lots of workers were working, tarps everywhere, parkong was expensive and sketchy.
