Location wasn't in a touristy neighborhood and hear major sites. The hotel was nice, but the walls were thin, could hear chairs moving upstairs etc. The room service was good but the food was average. Bath switches broke, easy to spill water all over so things look nice but don't function all that great for a 4 star hotel. But they were trying!

Fantastic Hotel
After a very long flight we arrived at EQ seriously jetlagged. The great staff, room and over all hotel experience made our first few days in Malaysia a true delight. Great views from both the room, Blue (51st floor rooftop bar), and from the infinity pool. The gym was fresh and modern, with great equipment. Will definitly stay here at next KL visit!

We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Our room was great quality, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff at EQ were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers plenty of quality food choice including Nipah and Bottega which both had great food and ambience. I would highly recommend EQ.
