The Humble Abode in Highlands is the perfect, centralized location for any guest during their Denver adventure. Perfect for reuniting with friends or a family vacation. No car? No problem! Guests can virtually walk wherever they need to go. If walking seems daunting, Lyft or Uber are readily available for your convenience.The Space:Front Patio:The patio is perfect for those who want to get a quick breathe of fresh air or want to finish sipping on their warm cup of coffee.1st Floor:Upon entry into the space, guests will notice the open layout and stairs that lead to the second floor of the home. The foyer, living area and dining room can all be viewed when you first step foot into the home. In the living area, guests can enjoy the comfy couch or conversation chairs. Feeling a little less social than normal? There is a TV placed above the old fireplace for guest's entertainment. Next to the living area, a dining table perfect for four can be found. Around the corner from the dining area, a 1/2 bathroom can be found. Last but not least, the kitchen is located in the rear of the home and fully stocked with every utensil a guest would need. The backyard can be accessed through the back door in the kitchen.2nd Floor: After walking up the stairs, guests will find the three bedrooms in the home. To the left, guests will find our personal favorite - the "blue room". In this room, guests will find a plush queen bed, large closet with beautiful white drapes and a dresser. There is ample storage available for those who sleep in this room. The middle room features a queen bed and is the smaller of the three rooms. On the right, guests will find the third and final bedroom in the home. This bedroom also has a queen bed, along with plenty of storage space. We have also place a small work study in this room for those who may need to plug in while they're away. The Backyard:One of my favorite parts of this property is the beautiful and spacious backyard. Perfect for those who are bringing their furry friends along!Guest Access:Guests will have access to the front patio, entire home and backyard.Interaction with Guests:My home is professionally managed by a property management company and will be available 24/7.The Neighborhood:"Highlands" sometimes refers to two distinct but adjacent Denver neighborhoods that are highlighted in this map of Denver's official neighborhoods.
