The hotel itself was lovely and the service was amazing. We arrived before noon after several weeks of travelling. The hotel had a room ready for us to check right into to put our feet up and relax. What stood out the most was the number of friendly, knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist with questions or provide service whether it was in the lobby area, restaurant areas or bar. We were on vacation and unfamiliar with the area and needed guidance with regards to the area and transportation availability. A staff member was always able to answer these questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the hotel location was great and the restaurants there were terrific. Numerous sitting areas in the reception area provide places to just sit and relax.
