The location of the hotel is great and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The hotel building itself is dated, the layout is confusing and the cleaning is not perfect. Great location and hotel for the price, staying with two children 16 and 11. The family room was large with ok beds and TV. We didnt need the air-conditioning. The bathroom was pretty rundown and needed a good clean. The shower was pretty average wigh intermittent hot water. The staff were excellent and friendly. We walked to the heart of Sydney and the train and ferry. There is a fabulous French Pattiserie up the road!

The hotel was conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens, Opera House and Bridge. Also not far from the cruise terminal. The staff were extremely helpful, printing our luggage tags, ordering a taxi and helping us out (there is a short flight of stairs to access the lobby)
