The property is outdated in the rooms. The wallpaper has been pealed off in the bathroom. The pocket door is very hard to open and close. Beware they do not make you aware of a $10 per night parking charge until you check in. This hotel is in a business district with plenty of parking not a down town property with limited parking. The lot was half full.

We arrived very late for check in after an 6 hour drive and ready to go to sleep and they gave us a room that was under construction with no electricity. We went back to the main desk where they told us to wait “5 minutes” because he didn’t believe us and went to check. Well we ended up waiting in the living room for more than 1hour and a half because they didn’t have a clean room available And needed to clean it. Finally close to 2am we got a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed not the original 2 beds we had booked. Needless to say we were uncomfortable but at this point we just wanted to sleep as we had a long day ahead. We were tired and exhausted the next day. The maids and cleaning staff were very friendly. The front desk and the cafe Starbucks staff were not. Horrible experience. We will be visiting the area often but we will make sure to avoid this place!
