It was really nice and the manager was on hand to make sure every detail of our stay was wonderful. We stayed in this property because we attended an appointment at Toronto Western Hospital. Everything and everyone was very professional and no worries on the Covid protocol measures. A1.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Double tree staff were very good. We had to cancel after one night due to changes to our schedule and they were very accommodating. It was much appreciated.
Shower water was cool, never did get nice and hot. And beyond their control, but the condo construction next door was pretty bad. Left the site lit up like an airport all night and trucks started coming in at 6 a.m.
The location was great! Really cleaned and quiet but not very happy about the breakfast and that it wasent cleaning le
Loved the suite I stayed in! Excellent location; extremely close to Yonge & Dundas. Wonderful staff and facility was spotless given the current circumstances. Look forward to future stays!
The location was very convenient accessing to all amenities
I showered at night and there was very little hot water ( I had the faucet all the way on). The following morning, there was even less. This was concerning because I was going I. For surgery and had to ensure I was thoroughly clean.
Non of the outlets along the wall the tv was on were working AND there was no hot water!! We were on the fifth floor, when I called the front desk after 10 minutes of lukewarm water running in the shower the front desk man said the hot water tanks are on the roof and because the hotel is only running at half capacity it will take longer for the hot water to get to us. So I said should I run it for 5 or 10 more minutes? And he said to be honest with you I would run it for another 25 to 30 minutes. It was 10:00 at night I had just visited my sister at the Mount Sinai Hospital and all I wanted to do was have a hot shower and get cozied up in bed! I ended up having a lukewarm shower and we left the hot water running for another 55 minutes while we watched a show on our cell phone (as the tv wouldn't work and we were curious about the water.) after we brush our teeth and got all ready for bed and felt the water it was still lukewarm. It had been running for over an hour and a half at this point. If they know the hot water isn't reaching the lower floors because they aren't as full as they usually are, why are they even putting people on the lower floors?! Everybody should be put on the top floors!! Also had to park across the street underneath a different hotel, due to the DoubleTree parking garage having construction work done. Very unhappy none of this information was disclosed upon booking
Location is very good , staff are good I had no hot water , breakfast is not good
