Stayed here for New Years with my boyfriend. It’s a fairly new hotel so it was really nice and clean! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. At one point we had left our room keys in a Lyft and was able to get a replacement from reception right away. It is a bit far from restaurants and public transportation though, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The customer service was super friendly and helpful they were very nice. Since the minute that we got there to the minute that I said goodbye they were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was great it was fresh and have a lot of variety. It was our first time visiting NY and we definitely feel welcome. We park at the hotel $35 the night and I extremely recommended because driving in the city is crazy. We park the and use the subway the rest of our stay. The subway station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we truly recommended they are great.

Fab Hotel Off the Beaten Path
I loved this hotel! Everything is still very new, crisp and clean. Water pressure for the shower was great. The bed was extremely comfortable.I love that I had a small fridge and microwave. There was always cucumber water or hot coffee (plain and Pumpkin Spice) available in the lobby. Incredible value for the money. The only drawback with this hotel is that it's in a very industrial location and for some solo travellers, they may not feel comfortable walking to/from the subway to the hotel alone at night.

Get in while it's still brand new
The size of the rooms is definitely smaller than others I've paid for the size price but it is, as of writing, brand new so everything is nice and shiny so get in while you can. Parking is available but honestly not necessary as there is plenty of street parking around. The wifi was great and was able to stream movies with seemingly no problem. The hot water seems to be shared across multiple rooms as I was trying to take a shower at a peak time and the temperature was noticably colder compared to one at any other time. Getting around is pretty easy as there's two ferries within walking distance and the Queensboro bridge is also right there for walking, biking or driving

Good enough for NYC Market
Room is very small, new construction but issues: Night stand wall socket only the top outlet worked, no soap tray on the shower, breakfast room was often out of room to sit .... too small. This is a developing site with many more hotels under construction and no local food or amenities. Subway is its best asset..easy and quick into Manhattan.. The place is only half finished so maybe many of these issues will work out when the place is fully opened. Maybe not passable in other markets but makes the grade in NYC
