Sheets and pillowcase were quite stained, and had other people's hair on them. The online check-in was pointless, as it saved no time at the desk on arrival. The clerk checking me in didn't talk to me at all until he explained how to get to my room, and details on breakfast. Breakfast was delayed out first morning which set us back, but the options were great for being included in the price. Mattresses were very firm and my husband enjoyed it, but I prefer a softer surface. The location was great, and we walked to Disneyland everyday and took maybe 10 minutes to get to security, depending on the 2 traffic lights. Parking at Days Inn was great! Both covered and open parking. We had requested a ground floor room before checking in or a room next to the elevator, but neither request was accepted, despite (based on the parking lot when we checked in) there were maybe 3 other rooms occupied for the whole property. No housekeeping during our stay, which we were told about, but not sure if it's because of only staying 3 nights, or if that's their current policy. It was quiet except for fireworks at 9:30pm, but that's to be expected given how close it is to the park. But we didn't expect our beds to shake! Hahaha Overall it fell below expectations, but for a place to sleep, we managed.
