Good times!
My friend and I were staying on the Mainland for a concert and decided to book a room here. The front desk guy was super pleasant and checked us in right away. The place is definitely old, but the room was huge, and had ocean views and a balcony. I'd stay here again for sure.

2/10 Poor

Would recommend you book elsewhere the state of the entire hotel is horrific, you don’t know if the lift is moving because it doesn’t show the level floor your on so you could be stuck or you could be moving you’ll have to take the chance. The smell as I walked into the room (1103) was disgusting but at least the cleaners had left the window wide open, the whole hotel just needs a do over it’s a sad depressing place thankfully this was a one night stay at the end of my trip and not a longer stay. Do yourself a favour and look else where

Very run down hotel. Rusty fixtures, peeling paint and wallpaper, outside railings covered in bird waste. No air conditioning. Good location. Friendly front desk guy.

It was nice in the picture but it’s an old hotel. Looks like a condo before. With small living room, kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The room they gave us had no double lock that you can’t securely slept at night. On our last night stay, my sister and I were awakened at 4am by a big bang at the door. It seemed someone would like to break in. In the morning we told one of the workers and she said she already reported the broken lock in that room several times but until now it hasn’t been fixed.

Old property but good value for money especially in Vancouver. Close to transport. and good eateries. Room serviced every day, which we didn’t get in more expensive hotels in BC

Great staff byt dated hotel
Great staff members who allowed us to check in early and to leave our bags while we walked around town before check in. The hotel is quite dated but that's to be expected by the price. It was clean and offered what we needed for our one night stay before getting on the cruise.

The staff were very helpful and the suite had everything we needed. The door sticks a bit, so you need to make sure its actually closed and locked up

A good position on a safe area. Staff helpful The hotel has seen better days. It was unseasonably hot on Vancouver but there was no air conditioning in the unit, just had to open the windows, which then let's lot of noise in.

Good location
The location is great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. There is a full sized fridge, stovetop and microwave. There are a few dishes, coffee pot and coffee. As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is old and dated, and a bit shabby but we were only there for one nite and it was reasonable for the location.
