Good hotel for transport to Heathrow airport
It was a hotel I picked primarily because of its close proximity to Paddington Station and hereby easy access to Heathrow Airport. That was perfect. I was a little disappointed that I was allocated a room without a window, that felt a bit weird, but apart from that all was good, the room was spotless and the staff were nice and service minded.

So-So for the price
The hotel is lovely on the outside and nice on the inside. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room, however, was nearly $300 and was very tired . . . the carpet was threadbare in many places (not just a few), and the ceiling was literally peeling in a rather large spot (presumably from a leak above). I just feel that for that price, the condition of the room should be pristine at a known brand like Hilton. The price may not warrant luxury, but it does warrant cleanliness (ours was clean) and perfect repair.
