Very clean and modern hotel with excellent breakfast service. Walkable from the airport, which was just as well as the shuttle service didn't seem to be running in the evening. Comfortable bed and excellent blackout curtains. Squeaky bathroom door, reported to reception, so hopefully will be fixed (Rm 502). Shuttle was available in the morning for a quick trip back to terminal. Only real downside was there were no water refill points that we could see.

This hotel was perfect for our purpose. We visited friends, went to the Blue Planet and had our car with us. Only minus was that the pool was an extra fee and that children were only welcome in the pool area between 9-11 am.

The service was excellent thevonly thing I was disappointed about was the shuttle bys from the airport. It never came and I tried to callbthe hotel, the phone didn't even ring. The alarm went off about 4 in the morning, we had to evacuate the building. I badly needed my sleep because my flightvwas in the afternoon. Hopefully they can fix whatever went wrong in the future. I enjoyed the view.

I liked the Wellness Center and the fitness center, but the restaurant had limited seating & a small menu. The hotel is convenient to the airport, but the rooms and common areas are very average. Definitely not worth the price.

Not the hotel's fault but finding the shuttle at Copenhagen airport was impossible so I ended up walking to the hotel. When I arrived the team on the front desk opted to finish up what they were doing without acknowledging me, which I felt was poor service. The room was small and mine had no tea or coffee making facilities. The breakfast was extremely good though with a varied selection of options
