Check in was easy and quick. When I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water, turns out the boiler broke. They were working on it until 1am and it was right outside my door. The entire time multiple people were right there laughing and talking, making so much noise. One of them noticed I turned my lights back on and started telling people to “shhh” then proceeded to get loud again. Front desk didn’t answer the phone 1st time I called, I tried again a little before 1 and they didn’t offer to change my room until I asked if they could do anything. The noise stopped a little after that, I didn’t move rooms but then it started again at 5am. It was a night of no sleep after already having a super long day. The room itself was nice and clean and comfortable but they were extremely unprofessional about the entire thing and should have offered to move me right when they realized the technician would be out there for hours. I requested a refund for the stay.
