We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel America for two weeks, and the experience was exceptional every day. The service was truly outstanding with the front desk staff offering fantastic recommendations and always greeting us with a warm smile - a true reflection of Catalan hospitality. The hotel’s terrace provides lovely views of the city which I love for watching sunset shades. One of the highlights is the hotel's prime location on Enric Granados Street which is often considered the culinary heart of Barcelona. Whether you are in the mood for traditional tapas, Michelin-recommended restaurants, or global cuisine, this street has it all. From vibrant vermouth bars to world’s best bars (in the close proximity), you wont feel short of options! From the best local coffee roasters to world renowned coffee shops, everything is just a short 10-minute walk away. We cannot wait to return to Hotel America on our next visit to Barcelona!

Walking distance from all the major sites. Just on the edge of the city centre, so you can get away from the crowds. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Lent me a kettle so I could make my own tea. Recommend booking tickets to the major sights at the hotel. Fast, easy and convenient (no additional charge). Rooms are not sound proof, so it can be noisy at night. Not always a restful sleep because of all the noise from outside.

Exceptional service from the staff. Great location, a must stay when in Barcelona. My suggestion is that they should provide complimentary tea and coffee and water in the room, considering the fee paid per night it is a small expense for the hotel to fall in line with all the properties of this calibre.

Great location, nice hotel!
A super nice hotel in the best location (in my opinion). Close to shopping and tourist attractions but still in a more quiet neighborhood. We stayed 5 nights and appreciated the nice pool area (especially my 4 year old son). The breakfast was not the best but there was options that was fine. Clean and super nice rooms as well. Shower was amazing. We will definitely come back!

Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Very walkable and train stops nearby. Room was spacious for two people with a double room. Staff was friendly and amenities include rooftop bar and small pool which was convenient.
