Exceptional value for the price
Service and staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable and room was extremely clean. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water.

HORRIBLE resort - STAY AWAY!!
This place is AWFUL - do not stay here!!! The room smelled like mildew. The condition of the hotel overall is poor and clearly not well maintained. The food is DISGUSTING and I even got food poisoning while I was there. The staff clearly does not give a crap about their guests and anytime we tried to escalate anything, they would just brush it off and tell us they will take care of it tomorrow. Then it was finally the last day of their stay and they said they couldn't do anything about our problems and that we should have said something sooner!

Magical Night!
We were at the resort for a wedding. Dreams Puerto Adventuras created the most beautiful wedding venue. It was a magical night!

Very old, dirty and food was disgusting.
The hotel is very old, outdated, and dirty. The food was horrible, and the entire beach was filled with seaweed. The swim up bar has mold on the tiles, and a lot of them were broken off. I am so disappointed, and I feel the reviews are not accurate.
