Lovely stay
Beautiful! Room was very comfortable and clean. Minus the fact there was a stain on tbe comforter. The shower head did not work and when we called down and explained the man who answered said we could change our room. We never ended up changing seeing as it was so late at night and we had already unpacked but no one came up to see what was wrong with the shower. Room was gorgeous with beautiful decor.

Great spot. Ahead of its time 13 years ago when I first stayed here. Beautiful big bathroom and dressing area. Mattress was not as comfortable and I felt more movement from my husband than previously. Beautiful spot and very friendly. Would stay again Near the theatres and restaurants

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Only problem was that I didn't know that the hotel part only occupied the bottom few floors of the building andd being close to the ground floor allowed a lot of the street noise to leak into the room. Wouldn't be bad except that they are on a busy street and they also have a popular restaurant/bar at their lobby.

Just be careful how long you park in the garage if you are uncertain of staying there.. there is a $10 charge after 15 minutes and goes up the longer youre parked there.. $35 a night is pretty high but the open parking across the street is a rip off..

beautiful hotel located in a great part of Toronto. The train station and many other attractions and restaurants were so easily walk-able. The room was a great size, bed very comfortable and had a great bathroom and closet area.

Staff was outstanding! Stephan was very helpful. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. The restaurant/cafe was good. More restaurants near by. Location was perfect! Lots of attractions nearby (CN tower, Ripley’s aquarium, Rogers Centre) Bathroom was absolutely amazing! (Great water pressure) Loved staying at Soho, will definitely be back ❤️
