Great affordable hotel in central london

I spent 4 nights with my doughter in a renovated room, we enjoyed every second of our stay. Room service was super and the staff so welcoming and warm, fare price and great coffee at desk as well as in the room... Will definitely come again, highly recommend. Although in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Surprisingly our stay wasnt effected by it..

Really nice hotel, good location close to tube stations, Hyde park and restaurants. Reception was big, open and clean, the hotel is undergoing renovation and all the areas i saw were new and nicely decorated. My room was comfortable, well equipped and clean.

Great stay! Rooms are small but nice and newly renovated. Downside is the doors are really tight so you have to slam and push them to close. This meant lots of other people doing the same which was disturbing. Great for the price and location

2nd visit to this hotel.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel for it's convenient location and value for money. Location wise, the hotel is between 3 tube stations (Lancaster Gate, queensway and Bayswater,) Check in and check out was easy. We stayed in 1 of the newly renovated rooms, with air conditioning. The room has been finished to a high standard, and the bed is comfortable. For central London, the room is spacious, however the bathroom is quite small for an average sized person. There is ongoing construction (during both our visits,) however from our room the noise was minimal during the day. 1 issue was the lack of elevators as often only 1 would be working which would make for a long wait during peak times if breakfast, check in/out. We'd stay here again.

Good value for the money, great staff.

Front desk staff were amazing! They helped us deal with a bag that was lost in a Black Cab, gave great recommendations, and quickly pivoted to help with some ADA needs we had, with a smile. We were on L2 in a renovated deluxe windowless room. Comfortable bed and creative lighting, but would have benefited from another chair and a better rack or hook for towels. Worked great for my mom and I though. The room was a good size. Definitely some kinks to work out due to the construction, but overall a great value for the money. We loved that there was a Hop on Hop Off bus stop around the corner! Very convenient.

Building is under renovation. Construction starts early. Our room had not yet been updated. Bathroom was quite cramped. One of the lifts was out of order. Very convenient to the Tube, Kensington Gardens, and the V & A. Restaurants and stores nearby.
