From the moment we checked in, the experience was fantastic. My girlfriend is not a camper but she loved it. The bathroom was great with flushing toilet and the wood burning stove was great to keep us toasty warm. The food was excellent and we enjoyed interacting with all of the staff members.

Glamping at it's finest!
My husband and I did a couples trip to Bryce Canyon and stayed at Under Canvas for one night. It was an AMAZING experience! From the minute we turned into the resort, to checking in, to getting to our tent, everything exceeded our expectations. We went at the end of July, when the days are super warm and the nights are chilly. It was PERFECT for us! We ate dinner at the resort and the food was amazing (had the trout and the grilled cheese with tomato soup). We didn't have a chance to do smores but loved that we had the option! After check in, the front desk associate, drove us to our tent and provided a cooler with ice for the food we brought. It was something we didn't even think about and so glad they offered this to us at check in. The tent itself was super clean and beautiful! The bed and bedding is what we are still talking about! It was SOOO comfy and helped us stay warm at night. The only thing we hadn't really considered, but did make it challenging was that our cell service did not work so it made it difficult to communicate with the front desk when we checked out really early (5:30am). We are already planning our next adventure at one of their other locations and we have recommended this experience to all of our friends. This is a MUST TRY experience!!

Tent rental review.
It was a unique experience. I loved it but bed were not comfortable. It was eco friendly. People were very very friendly. The wooden fire place was good and works for two hours and need to set up again wood and light it up. I would suggest to get experience.

We absolutely adored our stay here. The staff goes above and beyond and the tents are adorable and clean. The beds are yummy too. Do yourself a favor and get the stargazer tent. It was breathtaking. I’m not much of a camping person and I loved this so much. We’ll be back!

Fun and dog friendly
Amazing dog friendly place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My dog loved all the attention he got as well. The area was secluded and the night sky was beautiful

Loved the glamping experience. The evening camp fires and s'mores were a highlight. The stars were amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. My only complaint is that no where on the property could we get phone service or Wi-Fi. It would be great to have wifi in the lobby tent so we could look up restaurants or other activities.

6/10 Good

Significant amount of ambient light hindered the stargazing experience. Lack of ability to serve a bar was also a hit to the enjoyment. Would try another under canvas in the future prior to passing judgement.

Need to be a better value
The issue with under canvas is the value. The concept is cool, but when you spend $500/night, you expect a hot shower and a comfy bed at least, even if in a tent. The issue is that not enough focus is put into creature comforts here. It’s like you’re simply paying to be eco friendly at the sacrifice of comfort. Just not how I want to spend my money. I’d pay $250 a night, but at almost double the price per night, it feels like greed has taken over since they’ve been purchased and the equity company is just looking for a nice ROI…. We won’t be staying at an under canvas again. Shame because they could be amazing.

Under Canvas Bryce Canyon was stunning. We were greeted by an excellent host, the food was incredible and the other guests were superb. Our stay there was magical. Full blazing hot sunshine for a few days then snow, great to be cosied up by the wood burner.

Exceeded our expectations
Everything about this exceeded our expectations. We actually weren't totally sure what we were booking when we booked it and were blown away. The service was awesome. The tent was cozy and clean. The food at the restaurant was great. They had board games we could play. It was quiet (we did go when it wasn't very busy). We could for sure go back. Or try one of their other 13 locations.

The staff was amazing and welcoming and the property itself so beautiful. We know we visited early in the season and there were some kinks - breakfast wasn’t great but dinner was fantastic!! You won’t regret your stay here - incredible!

8/10 Very good

Glamping at its absolute finest. We stayed two nights at UC Bryce Canyon and wish we could have stayed longer! The grounds were beautiful, remote, but felt safe with staff available 24-7. It was much colder at night than we expected and were able to offset that at least for a bit with our own wood burning stove (which was super fun to light up). Amenities were lovely and eco-conscious which was appreciated - can’t say enough good things about how comfy the bed and linens were. Our only gripe is that meals were on the high end (but absolutely tasty) for what you get and you pretty much had to eat at base due to the remote nature of the property.

We nearly froze to death! Had a weather front come in and temperatures dropped to 27 degrees. Although tent was clean, the small stove and pine wood was grossly inadequate and we were cold beyond belief. The staff was not prepared and did nothing to help the situation. The b
