Booked via wotif and had the confirmation emails but hotel said they don’t accept online bookings when I got there! Their English isn’t very good so I’m not sure what the reason is. Luckily they had a room for same price. Restaurant isn’t operational. They can make you a coffee or you can walk 15 mins to aroma cafe or McDonald’s. Even though reception staff English is minimal they try hard to help and even leant me cash for a taxi. Room and bathroom are modern and very clean but small. But that didn’t worry me. Only 4th floor is non smoking.
