Awful experience!!! Beds were disgusting used my own blankets. Bathroom full of dust and hair. First night had to call downstairs about another room playing loud excessive music from 1 am until 6 am. Then second time same room couple arguing for hours. Second night same issue with the music. If it was just myself I wouldn’t have made an issue but I was with my children. Never returning!!!

From our room we could hear everybody in the hall and felt discomfort on talks people were having and in the morning very early probably the same people don’t get their kids to behave, running yelling knocking on doors from other rooms like if it was a playground.

This place was so dirty. To top it off it’s under reconstruction and they gave me the filthiest room. I had to leave. I was not going to stay in a dusty room.

This hotel was poor on everything. They don't have any extra blankets, extra toilet paper etc. and the rooms were just bad. If you want to sleep comfortable go somewhere else.

I had my suspicions upon arrival that this would not be a clean comfortable stay. Those suspicions were confirmed upon walking the filthy stairs and halls leading to my room. There are tiny roaches crawling over the ground and the overall appearance of the room and bathroom is disgusting. I immediately returned to the desk and requested a refund. The front desk employee was professional and he was not rude. He cancelled my reservation as requested although I was referred to expedia for a full refund which I did receive. That time of night, there were no Uber or Lyft available so I walked directly next door to Holiday Inn.
