Convenient to subway
I found the hotel to be very conveniently located near subway stations in LIC, the room to be clean and a tight squeeze for the desk & chair. The wall-mounted temp control worked well. There is no complimentary breakfast at this hotel. The rooms are provided with a safe, but you need to pay an extra $15/day for a refrigerator. Ice machines are available.

Chose this place as an alternative to super expensive hotels in Manhattan. Definitely not the place for a luxurious stay, but the sheets were clean and the area was very quiet. If you’re in NYC to see stuff and not hang around the hotel, it’ll do. Also, it’s right by a super accessible subway stop, so getting anywhere was really simple and quick.

This is a very basic hotel. Nothing inherently wrong but no frills, bells or whistles. My primary complaint is that there is no vending machine on the property. I just wanted a bottle of water and ended up having to go to a small water cooler on the second floor and carry two cups back up to the room. Minor inconvenience but just something so basic and expected that I was surprised it wasn’t there.
