Great location, good quality hotel
Traders is in a great location with stunning views of the Twin Towers and easy access to KLCC and Pavilion shopping areas. Checking wasn’t as smooth on this visit. Charged for upgrades and little willingness to accommodate requests. Last visit the hotel couldn’t have done enough to recognize support for keep their business alive. Noted when choosing next stay.

Great location - easy access to both KLCC and Pavillion shopping areas. Fab views of the twin towers (if you select a room with the view) . Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower . Good sized room. Comfortable bed. COVID-19 measures in place at checkin and a welcome sanitizer pack in the room. Breakfast also has COVID measures in place . A little dated regarding decor but otherwise a good value hotel .

We've chosen this location for its view- KLCC!!! Worth the penny! And since this place offers complimentary buggy ride to KLCC, I'm not worried about taking my aging parents to stay in this hotel. Perhaps, they would consider putting in more chairs at the reception waiting area.

Excellent room views and location. Great service and attentive staff at the Traders Club during evening cocktails. But F&B staff service during breakfast needs more improvement. Quite unprofessional. Other than that we had a nice time.
