Excellent hotel with private pool and direct access to a private beach, which also includes a coral reef. Staff was very attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean, and come with lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. The manager and staff are very friendly and accomodative. The hotel is clean, modern, nice and secured. We enjoy and felt safe all the time. We will comeback again because this hotel has its own coral reef for snorkeling.

Wonderful experience and best hotel in Aqaba

Super experience! It is the best hotel in Aqaba for sure. Staff super friendly and welcoming. House reef full of coral literally from the beach and a diving center in house. Breakfast delicious and amazing sunset view. Shisha in the night and very affordable price. Thanks to all the staff for the magical.experience in aqaba. Far from the crowded city and very reccomended. 10 out of 10!

The hotel was really lovely. We enjoyed our stay a lot and are planning to come back one day. The hotel staff, all of them, was super nice, the food was delicious, the drinks also and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is right at the beach with easy access to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling. My husband went for a dive. The dive instructor was great. We can totaly recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a quiet, enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. It was a great stay.

Really lovely spot. Small, peaceful hotel with its own beach and private coral reef. Snorkelling excellent right in front of hotel. Only thing to be aware of that there is no alcohol served at the hotel, and restaurant serves really only quite simple fare. Very little going on at night, and far from anything else. Good value.

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff. We came here for the private reef just 4-5m in front of the hotel which is in pretty good health. You can rent snorkel gear or bring your own. If you want to swim not on the reef then shoes are useful (sandy beach but gets rocky quite quickly). Fantastic pool. Probably the best of 5 hotels we stayed at during our time in Jordan. Would happily go back

We thought everything about the property was wonderful except in the room we were provided with plastic glasses and paper cups. This really lowers the ‘tone’ of a wonderful stay - and it wouldn’t be that difficult to fix to make the stay perfect. Plus it’s better for the environment! Being able to snorkel over some impressive coral and fabulous fish from the property’s own wharf makes Luxotel a must stay in Aqaba!

My wife and I thought the laundry was in the building and we had sent cloth to get washed the morning before we checked out. We where not going to get our cloth on time so they sent it from Aqaba to Amman which is a 4 hour drive for no extra charge.

We loved this hotel! This is a small resort. The hotel was small in capacity, but it had EVERYTHING a big resort has... which makes it GREAT because big resorts are usually full of people... Here it was moderated. We loved that, and will pick this same hotel next time undoubtedly. The room was super big, clean and very well-equipped. Even though we booked standard, it looked like VIP! We were really surprised with the design and the quality of everything. The restaurant, OMG it was precious! Also delicious!!! I wish I had asked the name of the waitress that was with us those days because that guy really deserves be mentioned! He pleased us in literally everything! Everyone was nice, but that guy was the best. Also, everyone was always taking care of us making sure food and attention was good. To improve: Don't argue with employees in front of guests 🙁 We saw a manager arguing with two employees 2 different days... We felt bad for those guys because they also seemed to be doing everything great.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the staff at Luxotel Aqaba was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the helpful assistance provided throughout our stay, the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well maintained. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and upkeep was evident throughout the property. Our room was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring guests' comfort. During our stay, we encountered a minor incident shortly after check-in. However, the Manager of the Hotel, Raya, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and problem-solving skills. She quickly assessed the situation and made a smart and wise decision that resolved the issue promptly. Her calm and composed demeanor, coupled with her ability to make the right call, truly impressed us. It was clear that guest satisfaction was a top priority for her and her team.
